Mery Christmas

As the Christmas bells are about to ring, Sourcingyuan, looking back at the end of the year, has witnessed numerous supply chain highlights co-created with clients in 2025.

Case 1: Resolving the “Small-Batch High-End” Dilemma for an Australian Fashion Brand

Client J, an emerging women’s fashion brand from Australia, wanted to launch 22mm heavyweight silk shirts. However, they had strict requirements: only 30 pieces per style, with silk imported exclusively from Italy. We selected 2 factories in Zhejiang and Guangdong capable of producing small-batch high-end silk products, and supervised the entire process from sample making to quality control (QC). The final delivered shirts quickly gained popularity in the local market due to their superior texture and exquisite details. Subsequently, the client placed additional orders for 5 more product lines.

Case 2: Tackling the “Multi-Platform Logistics” Challenge for a German Electronics Client

Client K needed to distribute products across three major channels simultaneously: Amazon, eBay, and their independent website, each with distinct logistics timeliness and packaging standards. We integrated a solution combining Hong Kong transit warehouse and overseas warehouse allocation, tailoring logistics labels and packaging standards for each channel. Throughout the year, we helped Client K reduce the logistics misdelivery rate from 8% to 0.5% and improve inventory turnover efficiency by 40%.

Case 3: Building a “Global Warehousing & Distribution Network” for a Brazilian Home Furnishings Client

Client L, a home furnishings brand from Brazil, aimed to expand its market coverage to South America, Europe, and North America. We assisted in setting up forward warehouses in Foshan and Yiwu. Adopting the model of regional goods consolidation and international dedicated lines, we shortened the delivery time to the Brazilian market from 45 days to 22 days. As a result, the client’s annual sales volume increased by 35%.

These cases represent Sourcingyuan’s achievements in small-batch customization, multi-platform adaptation, and global warehousing & distribution in 2025.

Looking ahead to 2026, we will upgrade our cooperation in three key dimensions:

Industry Deepening: For four core categories—apparel, electronics, home furnishings, and beauty products—we will launch “category-specific supply chain packages”. For example, we will integrate an end-to-end solution for apparel clients, covering fabric R&D, small-batch quick response, and multilingual marketing materials.

Technology Empowerment: We will launch an intelligent sourcing platform, allowing clients to real-time track factory production schedules, raw material price fluctuations, and logistics trajectories. This will make sourcing decisions more transparent and efficient.

Ecosystem Expansion: By collaborating with partners in overseas warehousing, payment, and marketing, we will launch an integrated service of “sourcing + fulfillment +brand globalization”. This will help clients transform from “selling products” to “building brands”.

In 2026, let us continue to take “sourcing” as the fulcrum. Amid the tide of global trade, let us turn the “spark of cooperation” into the “flame of growth”. Sourcingyuan looks forward to embarking on a new journey with you!
