In general, most supplier will sign non-disclosure agreement with you.  But you know someone may purchase your product and then do reverse engineer work and copy. This is a difficult problem to solve. You have to ask yourself what kind of things i can do if they copy it? Will my client leave me and go to the counterfeit goods?
