The client wanted to build an automated falafel restaurant concept. The project required much more than sourcing individual machines. Clients came to us with apparel concepts involving waterproofing, specific fabric performance, designer-led styles, and lightweight fabrics that still needed warmth. SourcingYuan helped translate their ideas into production — supporting design development, pattern making, fabric sourcing and testing, printing, sampling, fitting, and repeated revisions until the product was ready for manufacturing.

The client had developed a bag with motorized flowers, but the original design lasted only 30 minutes and was too noisy. She wanted five-hour battery life, rechargeable power, and a flatter flower frame. SourcingYuan introduced coreless motors and CNC-machined supports, then coordinated the redesigned components into the product.

We helped turn a custom dog collar buckle concept into a manufacturable product, coordinating structural design, 3D drawings, material selection, prototying, surface finishing, and assembly. Through multiple rounds of testing and refinement, the original idea was developed into a functional product ready for production.
