25th, Jan—MunKong find us on google. And we arrange a zoom meeting. During the meeting, we first time heard about TISI problem, we explained how SourcingYuan could be of help in this situation.
3th, Feb—We had a face-to-face meeting with MunKong and Yun-delivery — a 3pl logistic provider who is very near from Shekou Harbor and our office in Guangzhou city. At this meeting, we shared different possibilities of shipping route by air, sea and land transportation. We also talked about the positive sides and the negative sides of each possibility. We finally selected land transportation.
15th,Feb—After the things were all set to be sent, we checked all products quanlity in warehouse of Yun-delivery. This is a really important part of getting things from other places, especially in the case that we collect a lot different products for MunKong. Then, we shared a report with MunKong about what our team checked.
23th, Feb—After about only 8 days, all of our packages arrived Bangkok. We got everything under our control as we already prepared solution to answer some predictable challenge. And our staff Leo went to Bankok that day as well to make sure we get our goods from customs.
